Is Adagely available on iPhone and Android?
Adagely launches on November 1, 2026 on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Join the waitlist to get an email on launch day.
How much time does it take?
A few minutes a day: read or listen to the quote, pick a challenge and, if you feel like it, write a few lines. No streak to keep, no “missed” days.
When does the quote of the day arrive?
Your quote is ready at midnight, your local time. Open the app whenever you like during the day.
I didn't do my challenge. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You can answer “Not yet, it stays with me”: there is no streak to keep and no “missed” day.
How do I change the language or the theme (light, dark)?
In the Profile tab, choose the language (English or French) and the appearance (light, dark or system).
Personalization & data
How is my daily quote chosen?
If you turn on AI personalization, an AI takes your reactions, moods and activity into account to choose tomorrow’s quote, then explains its choice in the “Why for you” box. Without AI, you still get a quote every day, just less personalized.
How do I turn AI on or off?
AI stays off until you accept it: the last onboarding step asks you. Then, in Profile → Privacy & Data, there are two separate settings: AI personalization (your reactions, moods and activity) and the analysis of your writing (an excerpt of your journal and your journey answers, used for the daily quote and your journey summary). You can change your mind at any time.
What happens to what I write?
Your journal stays private: it is never published, sold or used for advertising. It only goes to the AI (OpenAI) if you turn on the analysis of your writing, a setting you can change at any time in Profile.
How do I export my data?
In Profile → Privacy & Data, choose “Export as JSON” or “Download the Archive”.
How do I delete my account?
In Profile → Delete my account. Without access to the app, write to us from your account email address. Everything is detailed on the dedicated page.
